Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery within India
We ship pan-India. Standard delivery takes 10–18 business days from dispatch. Some orders arrive sooner depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹1,500 — ₹70 flat
- Orders above ₹1,500 — Free
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
International Orders
We ship internationally at a flat rate of ₹1,800. Delivery takes 15–25 business days. Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
Delays
Occasional delays can happen due to courier backlogs, customs, or public holidays. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, reach out at hello@noctrl.studio and we will sort it.
