Every order is reviewed before dispatch. If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — we make it right.
Eligible for a Full Refund or Replacement
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Wrong item was delivered
- Item never arrived (after 30 business days from dispatch)
How to Raise a Request
Email hello@noctrl.studio within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description
We will respond within 48 hours.
Not Eligible for Returns
- Change of mind or incorrect size ordered (please refer to the size guide before purchasing)
- Items returned without prior communication
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Razorpay processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you need a different size or variant, raise a refund request and place a fresh order.
