Where do you ship?
Pan-India. We also ship internationally. Domestic orders ship at a flat rate of Rs. 70, free on orders above Rs. 1,500. International orders ship at Rs. 1,800.
How long does delivery take?
10-18 business days within India. 15-25 business days for international orders. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
What materials are used?
All pieces are stainless steel. Some styles feature natural stones including tiger eye, black zircon, and other semi-precious stones.
How do I find my ring size?
Our rings use US sizing (7 to 13). Measure the inner diameter of a ring that already fits you well and match it to a US size chart. When in doubt, size up.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep away from water, perfume, and prolonged heat. Wipe clean with a dry cloth after use. Store separately to avoid scratches.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong items. Email hello@noctrl.studio with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We do not offer direct exchanges. Place a fresh order in the correct size or variant.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets via Razorpay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Not currently. All orders are prepaid. COD will be introduced after the first 20-30 orders.
My order is late. What do I do?
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days from dispatch, email hello@noctrl.studio with your order number. We will track it down and resolve it.
